Carbon wide angle fabric is different with common plain weave fabric, different in plain sail woven by two yarns 90°vertical intersection, it is woven by interlacing two yarn ends at 120°or 60°, with great ductility in the direction of 120°angle and very high strength in the direction of 60°angle.
Carbon wide angle fabric can be used in rocket-powered missile and other cylindrical materials, cone-shape device and other winding skeleton materials, it makes curve-wrapped surface smooth and fit and enhances the strength.
Carbon wide angle fabric also can be used in triangle transmission belt casings. It has excellent reverse resistance flexural fatigue and abrasive resistance.
